Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message;
- Email, phone or WhatsApp exchanges: any information you choose to share with us.
This website does not use any analytics or advertising tools.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your requests, prepare quotes and follow up on our services. Processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures) and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for Pixels Création. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties. It may be technically stored by our service providers (website host, email service), strictly within the scope of their services.
Retention period
Messages are kept for 3 years from our last exchange and then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example accounting records relating to a service).
Cookies
This website only uses technical cookies required for it to work (for example to remember access to a protected client area). No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Some content comes from third-party services: Google Fonts, Vimeo videos, Instagram preview, virtual tour and 3D model viewers. When you display or launch them, these services may collect technical data (IP address, browser) under their own privacy policies.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these third-party services may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email us at pixelscreationsbh@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS) and we take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
